Dr. Stephanie Witt is Chair of the Department of Public Policy and Administration. Dr. Witt is Director of the Public Policy Center, and the Social Science Research Center at Boise State University. She is also Director of the MPA Internship Program and a Professor in the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program.
Stephanie Witt began her career at Boise State in 1989 as a political science professor, after receiving her doctorate from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington. She chaired the Political Science Department for six years, has served as Interim Associate Dean for the College of Social Sciences and Public Affairs, and was Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs for nearly six years.
