- Complete Withdrawal from School – drop all classes on BroncoWeb. If it is past the semester deadline to withdraw, you will need to contact the Dean of Student Services Office to start the appeal process. Administration Building, Room 114, 426-1583. If you are a financial aid recipient, you should also consider the impact your withdrawal may have on your current and future financial aid. - Drop or Add a Class, Class Conflicts – Contact your academic advisor first. If you are a financial aid recipient, you should also consider the impact a change in credit load may have on your current and future financial aid, including fulfillment of satisfactory academic progress standards. If you are dropping a class after the deadline, you must start the process by receiving approval from the Dean or Associate Dean of the college offering the class.
